Farmers who have previously used IWG have until 1 May 2023 to apply for a resource consent if they are unable to meet the permitted activity conditions or obtain a certified FW-FP. They are advised to discuss their IWG intentions with their advisers or regional council to determine whether they need to lodge a consent application.
